Unpacking the Work+Go Pathway

We help you take your skills overseas as part of God's mission -supported by your local church, shaped by years of experience in East Asia, and rooted in prayerful partnership.

The Work+Go Pathway is designed to be clear, thorough, and efficient. From submitting your application to receiving a decision, the process usually takes around three months.

Here's what it looks like:

1. Exploration

Before you apply, we encourage two things:

Talk with your local church

We believe mission is a partnership. Your church's support, prayers and wisdom are key from the start.

Get in touch with us

Ask questions. Explore possibilities. We’re here to listen, help you think things through, and point you towards the next steps.

2. Application

When you're ready, you can submit your application form. This helps us understand who you are, your work and skills, and how God is leading you.

We'll then invite you to an interview and assessment with our team. It's an opportunity to reflect together on your journey, your readiness, and where you might serve most effectively.

3. Confirmation

Once we've agreed together that Work+Go is the right next step, we'll connect with the relevant ministry centre in East Asia. They'll carry out their own assessment to confirm a good fit. This part varies depending on the role and location, but we'll walk with you throughout.

4. Final Steps

When everything is in place, we'll prepare a simple agreement (a Memorandum of Understanding) outlining the details of your placement and partnership.

At this point, you're confirmed and ready to prepare for the journey ahead.
